Please be aware that, at the time of writing, the junction between Foxgrove Road and Southend Lane is closed because workmen from Thames Water are attending to the broken water main. Traffic on Southend Lane is being controlled by lights.
Also, unhelpfully, there is a sign on the made up side of Westgate Road (opposite our side) directing diverted traffic to the left. That leads onto Foxgrove Road which is, of course, closed.
