Mission Together Money Boxes
Today the children are bringing home their Mission Together money box for Lent. This year Mission Together is raising money for their projects in Malawi and we will find out more about those projects during our Week of Faith in the summer term. On Monday I spoke to the children in assembly about the money that they might put in their money box. Perhaps they could earn some money by doing jobs around the house or maybe they could save the money that they would have spent on sweets during Lent. We would like the children to save a little bit of money for Mission Together and return the money box to school after the Easter holidays.
Lenten Devotions
Lenten Devotions will take place in the main hall at 8.30am every Friday during Lent. It is a very special time when children, parents and staff gather together for a few minutes to pray. Please join us on Friday.
